How to add a new employee?
Login to your Quantic back-end portal. Open the Navigation menu on left. Click the Employees menu.
Now tap the ➕ icon on the top right corner as seen in the screenshot.
Fill in the employee details. Click Add Role to select the multiple roles for the employee under the Assigned role tab.
Also, fill in the details under Address, Payroll info, Details, and Settings.
Once done click the Save button.
How to give portal access to existing employees?
Click the Navigation menu and click Employees.
Select the employee name to whom you want to give the portal access.
In this example, we want to give portal access to Jane Doe, our Bartender.
Now click the Access Management button on the top right-hand corner.
A new screen will appear, here you can select the checkbox to give appropriate portal access to an employee.
Click Save on top right corner.
How to generate QR code from the backend portal?
Login to the Quantic backend
portal.
Click the Left navigation button,
click Employee as seen in the
screenshot.
Click the name of an employee for whom you want to generate the QR code.
A new screen will appear.
Here you can click on the QR code on the right side of the
screen.
The QR code will be
downloaded in PDF format.
Now open the Quantic POS app. Click Login With QR Code at the bottom left of the screen.
Scan the QR Code using your device camera, that’s it, you will be logged in to your portal.
How to add pay rate for employees ?
Login to the Quantic backend
portal.
Click the Left Navigation button and click Employees.
On the Employee screen, click the Edit button on the top right-hand side.
As seen in the screenshot, click the Assigned Role field to expand the further sections.
Now simply enter the Hourly rate for a particular employee.
Once done click the Save button.
How to setup Only Clock In access for an employee?
Login to your Quantic backend portal. Go to the Employee section under the left navigation bar.
Click Access Management on the top right-hand side of the screen.
On the Access Management screen, press the Ctrl & F button together to open the search box, type only clock in and hit Enter. If nothing appears, click the +Assign Additional Privileges.
Now locate only clock in and click the checkbox adjacent to it. Checkout this screenshot.
