Shopify is an inventory management system that can allow you to keep track of the items sold from the store. The items and their stock can be pushed manually or automatically from the backend portal to Shopify. When an item is sold from Shopify, its inventory count gets deducted automatically from the stock in the Quantic backend portal. Subscribing to Shopify module
You can integrate Shopify with your Quantic account by following the steps given below. Subscribing to the Shopify module is the first step toward integrating Shopify with Quantic.

- Navigate to the myquantic website (backend portal) and log in to it using your location’s username and password.
- Go to the left navigation panel and click Module.

- Scroll down to the Third-Party Modules section, locate Shopify and click Get next to it.
- Again click Get on the pop-up that appears on your screen.
- Now click Settings to start setting up Shopify.

- Enter the store name that appears in your Shopify portal. Make sure to enter the same name with which you have created the Shopify store. Contact the onboarding team, if you face trouble finding the store name.
- Once done, you can click the Save button to save the changes.
Pushing Items Manually to Shopify
You can push the items manually or automatically to Shopify. Below are the steps to move the items manually to Shopify.

- Once you have subscribed to the Shopify module, go to the Settings section in the Shopify module.
- Select Manual underneath the Push Items and click Save at the bottom.

- Navigate to the myquantic.com website and log in to the backend portal.
- Click the Hamburger icon on the top left and click Catalog.

- Now click the Item tab on the top.
- Click the
icon next to the item that you want to move to Shopify.

- The “Moved Successfully” pop-up message will appear on the screen and the icon will turn green
indicating the item is moved to Shopify. (Sometimes, the icon turns green after refreshing the portal screen)
Note: When a new item is added to the backend portal, you will be prompted to add items to Shopify. You can select Yes or No based on whether you want to move that item to Shopify or not.
Items will reflect on the Shopify portal

- Once an item is moved, it will start reflecting on the Shopify portal.
- You can go to Shopify, navigate to the Product section and search for the item name that you have just added to Shopify. To update the item stock on Shopify, please follow the steps in the next section.
Pushing Stock Manually to Shopify
You can push the item stock manually or automatically to Shopify. Below are the steps to move the item stock manually to Shopify.

- Once you have subscribed to the Shopify module, go to the Settings section in the Shopify module.
- Select Manual underneath the Push Stock and click Save at the bottom.

Note: Please make sure you have enabled the Track Inventory option for the item whose stock you are trying to push to Shopify. Follow this path to enable the track inventory- Catalog > Item > Select item > Inventory tab > Select Track Inventory > Click Save. You may not be able to push the item stock if the Track Inventory option is disabled.

- Navigate to the myquantic.com website and log in to the backend portal.
- Click the Hamburger icon on the top left and click Inventory.
Note: Please make sure that the item has already been pushed to Shopify. If the item is yet to be pushed, please follow the steps from the previous section.

- Now search for the item whose stock is needed to be pushed to Shopify.
- Please make sure the QTY in Hand is updated to the latest stock and click the
icon next to the item whose stock you want to push to Shopify.
- The “Moved Successfully” message will pop up on the screen indicating the item stock has been moved successfully.

- Once the item stock is moved, the updated stock will reflect on the Shopify portal.
- You can go to Shopify, navigate to the Product section and search for the item whose stock has been updated just now.
Pushing Items Automatically to Shopify
You can push the items manually or automatically to Shopify. Below are the steps to move the items automatically to Shopify.

- Once you have subscribed to the Shopify module, go to the Settings section in the Shopify module.
- Select Auto underneath the Push Items.
- On the Interval field, you can select the time interval within which the item should be pushed automatically to Shopify. So, if you select Immediately, the item will be pushed immediately to Shopify after it is added to the Quantic backend portal. Similarly, you can opt for items to be pushed automatically every 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or 24 hours.
- Once done, please don’t forget to click Save at the bottom.
Pushing Stocks Automatically to Shopify
You can push the item stock manually or automatically to Shopify. Below are the steps to move the item stock automatically to Shopify.

- Once you have subscribed to the Shopify module, go to the Settings section in the Shopify module.
- Select Auto underneath the Push Stock.
- On the Interval field, you can select the time interval within which the item stock should be pushed automatically to Shopify. So, if you select Immediately, the item stock will be pushed immediately to Shopify after it is updated on the Quantic backend portal. Similarly, you can opt for items stock to be pushed automatically every 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or 24 hours.
- Once done, please don’t forget to click Save at the bottom.
Getting the Stock Update from Shopify
If you are selling on Shopify, you may want to track the item stock back to the Quantic backend portal so as to stay on top of the inventory management. Getting stock updates from Shopify is pretty simple and it requires you to tap a few clicks.

- Once you have subscribed to the Shopify module, go to the Settings section in the Shopify module.
- Now click Auto under the Get Stock Update From Shopify.
- On the Interval field, you can select the time interval within which the item stock should be updated automatically on the backend portal from Shopify. So, if you select Every 10 Minutes, the new stock will be updated within every 10 minutes interval on the backend portal, once the item is sold through Shopify. Similarly, you can opt for items stock to be pushed automatically within 30 minutes, an hour, or 24 hours.
- Once done, please click Save at the bottom to save the changes.
